Smart Assist becomes AI Assist, with expanded functionalities!

We’re thrilled to introduce AI Assist, previously known as Smart Assist, which now extends beyond generating job descriptions. The expanded capabilities include generating emails/SMS content and disclaimers for email addresses/links, with options to control content length and tone.

With AI Assist, you always start with a good 'first draft' when sending emails/SMS messages and write compliant disclaimers, streamlining your hiring process and saving valuable time.

Availability

Available for	Profile Permissions	Only users with the Administrator profile can configure AI Assist. Once enabled, any user with the AI Assist profile permission can access the feature.

Templates

Generate content effortlessly and save them as templates for your convenience. AI Assist helps you write email and SMS templates, ensuring professional standards are applied across your entire outreach process.

Email/SMS Generation

Whether you’re following up with candidates, informing them about job status updates, or sending bulk emails, AI Assist can help you craft professional and personalized emails/SMS messages in just a few seconds. Using predefined prompts or your own custom ones, you can tailor the content based on your company’s tone and communication style.

Disclaimer Generation

Compliance is critical when dealing with job postings or candidate communication. With AI Assist, you can now generate legally-compliant disclaimers for your custom 'From' addresses and unsubscribe links.

Getting Started with AI Assist

It’s easy to start using AI Assist! Navigate to Setup > Zia > AI Assist and link your OpenAI account.

Once this one-time configuration is complete, simply look for the Zia Assist button. The button will be available while performing the following actions;

Available for	Associated Action
Job Openings / Job Templates	Create, Edit & Clone
Emails / SMS	Send & Schedule
Email / SMS Templates	Create, Edit & Clone
Custom 'From' Address	Add & Edit
Unsubscribe Link	Add & Edit

When this button is clicked, the AI Assist pop-up will appear, allowing users to:

Use Pre-defined / Custom Prompts: You can select prompts or create your own based on your specific needs.
Specify Content Length and Tone: Control the length and tone (formal, neutral, casual) of your messages with just a few clicks.
