Consider that you're a social media creator or an agency and you handle multiple social media accounts of your clients. These clients have businesses in different industries, and thereby have different audiences on social media. Each of these businesses has multiple social media accounts for different purposes. A brand in Zoho Social represents an individual business unit or a single entity. Once you sign up for Social, a portal is automatically created for you. You can add multiple brands to this portal and add up to 11 different social media channels to a brand, all depending on the plan you choose. You can connect your Facebook Page, Facebook Group, X Profile, Instagram Professional Account, LinkedIn Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, YouTube Channel, Google Business Profile listing, Pinterest Profile, Mastodon Channel, and TikTok Profile.

Now when all your clients' businesses are added to the Zoho Social portal, your dashboard becomes filled with all the data! But all the data is easily categorized and displayed in your account, so you won't have any confusion in shuffling between brands. You can choose the brand you want to populate your Social dashboard and perform actions like publishing, scheduling, or analyzing reports for individual businesses.

In cases where you're posting the same content across multiple brands, cross-brand posting makes it so smooth for you.


You just have to choose the channels you want to post on from different brands and add them to your compose window, add the content and relevant images for your post, and publish or schedule it for all the channels across your brands. You can do all of this from both the Zoho Social web and mobile applications.
