Tips and Tricks 5: Viewing ongoing sessions

Hello everyone,

Today we'll learn how to view ongoing sessions in the Present Sessions tab. The Conduct dashboard in the Event Console can be used when your event has started. When you're about to start sessions, the Present Sessions tab will display all sessions you have planned for your event day.

When you click any session in the timeline on the left, you can view more details about it in the dock on the right. This includes your session time, title, session track name, location, speaker details, and more. You can also access controls to start a session, end a session, represent a session to deliver it again and collect new analytics, or restart a session to overwrite older session analytics.

While you are presenting a session, you can freely click other sessions on the timeline and view details for it on the right without affecting the ongoing session. To jump back to the details of the session that is currently running, click the Running Now link at the top-right of the page.
