プロジェクト管理者は、タスクの締め切り管理、通知の送信、フォローアップなどに多くの時間を費やしています。
これらの作業を手動で行うと、負担が増すだけでなく、対応の遅れや漏れが発生する可能性もあります。
Zoho Projects のワークフロールール(時間基準の処理)は、こうした繰り返し行う作業を時間基準で自動化し、
SLAの遵守や、業務効率を向上させることに役立ちます。

時間基準のワークフロールールの設定方法

  1. 設定>自動化>ワークフロールール>Based on Date & Time を選択

  2. 実行タイミングを設定(例:遷移後5日後、午前9時)
  3. 処理を追加(例:タスク完了の通知メールを送信)



時間基準のワークフロールール活用例

1. プロジェクト完了後のフォローアップ
・プロジェクト完了日の7日後に、顧客へ「完了とアーカイブ」の通知を自動送信
・指定した日付・時間にアクションをスケジュールし、抜け漏れを防止
2. タスクの締め切り管理とリマインダー
・締め切りの3日前に担当者へ自動リマインド通知を送信
・期限を過ぎたタスクを自動でマネージャーへエスカレーション
・定期的なタスク(例:月次レポート作成)を、繰り返しアクションとして自動スケジュール

1、日付 & 時間に基づくワークフローは全てのレイアウトで作成できません。
完全なレイアウトをスケジュールするためのワークフローは個人のレイアウトでのみ選択できます。
ワークフロールールのスケジューリング用の日付アイテムを含む初期設定レイアウトも利用可能です。
2、 アーカイブされたプロジェクトが有効な状態に移動されると、ワークフロールールが再び適用され
終了後のカウントが残っている場所から再開します。
