I am in the process of moving from MailChimp to Zoho Campaigns for our email campaigns. I recently sent out a campaign that used a merge field that pulled through a date from a date field in Zoho CRM. The email was to tell customers that their subscription was to expire on the 1st August 2016. In Zoho CRM the date field follows the UK format DD/MM/YYYY. Hi, I'm trying to add a new sync to CRM in Campaigns. When I click on 'new sync' > 'immediate' & select 'contacts', I get a message 'Unable to connect to Zoho CRM.' I already have 2 syncs which are working so it SEEMS connected. And in the integration dashboard, the CRM tile has a green dot saying 'connected', so I don't know what else to do. I spoke with several IT people, and discovered that the server associated with zcsend.net is blacklisted, which explains why many responses to our emails are either not being received by us, or even worse, our recipients are not receiving emails sent by the "zcsend.net" server. May I suggest that Zoho use a more credible server other than zcsend.net, so that those of us who are paying for a service (campaigns) that what we pay for is of higher quality? I am suggesting this because I am the middleWhy are these email addresses considered invalid?
Hello, I have imported a list of over 1600 contacts. 53 of the imported contacts are now marked as Invalid. I would expect this if the addresses had a syntax issue or perhaps they have a typo in the suffix, but this does not appear to be the case withSet a Workflow Email Delay to Minutes
Starting to play with Zoho Campaigns workflows. My first concern: I'm looking into sending out automated emails based on type of a potential job which is collected on the contact form. I found a multi-way condition building block to disperse the emails accordingly. I see that I can set a delay in sending my first response and I vouch for that - I do not want to scream "You've got a roboemail!" with an immediate reply, impossible to write so quickly by a live person. Hello!. I'm attempting to post contact information into the API from my lead distribution software when someone fills out one of our forms. I seem to have a high percentage of bounced emails with Zoho Campaigns, even after cleaning my list with an outside service. We are in the B2B marketplace where statistics show that some 30% of B2B servers are set up to catch all.
