Control Look of Document Embed on Website
We were thinking of creating documents and making them live to embed on our websites, so that we can have one place to update. But the iframe embed seems very rigid in regards to displaying on multiple devices. How would one better control the look and responsiveness of the iframed document?Problem Zoho Docs Sync

Hi I’m currently testing zoho writer and started the 15 day test phase of the standard plan to test the sharing functionality (password protected link). But currently it's not working. I added three screenshots to illustrate my problem. (1) As you can see the test phase for the Standard Edition is active with 15 days remaining (2) But I still cannot choose the password protected link. Hi I think the Zoho Docs app is great however as an admin I share all the folders to my colleagues. None of the folders are their folders and so when they search for a document, there are no results. I would appreciate if someone could let me know if this is due to my lack of knowledge or whether this is a limitation in Zoho Docs. Thank you. Hi, I have accidently deleted a folder in the Zoho docs folder "Klanten" on my desktop. It has synchronised and the folder was also deleted from the zoho docs web. I can't find them in the carbage can on the web. I have restored them from the carbage can on the desktop. But after synchronising the zoho files are not visible on the web. How can I restore them? Hello, I am setting up Zoho Docs and am experiencing really slow upload speed. The current speed is 29.1KB with an estimated completion time of 9 hours. When I run a speed check I get up to 3mb upload speed, so something is throttling the connection. The bandwidth settings are at High so I'm not sure what else I can do here. I don't know if the Zoho Docs team has done some weird infrastructure update but today all my merge templates have all their text . meshed together. It seems like line breaks are no longer being respected in same way they were and all our documents text is overlapping!!! PLEASE FIX THIS. Hello, I'm evaluating the best option for us, we are considering use Zoho Docs and Zoho Mail. But one of the requirements is that it needs to have SAML integration with our identity provider. Hello- My team is half in the USA and half in China. We want to use Zoho docs for online editing. My China team can access Zoho docs created by the USA team via links sent to them through e-mail or via Zoho CRM,(Link is uploaded as a project attachment) but my China team can not edit the doc. They have to first save the doc to their account then they can edit the doc, but the USA team can not see any of their edits. I am confused after having made certain changes to the folders and files by way of reorganising them my changes were not reflected in Zoho Docs as viewed thru the web. On checking the Folders selected in the Windows app settings I found that Docs was still syncing the old content structure and did not even reference or know of the new folders created. Hi- We have a Zoho Docs subscription but need to change it to a Workplace subscription for additional email storage. I am trying to subscribe to the Workplace feature but get an error that I have to downgrade my Docs subscription in order to do so. The issue is tht we have greater than 8bg of files which is greater than the free version. Does anyone have an idea how to accomplish this? Just started using ZDocs. It appears that the security settings are blanket, in that all users either can or cannot save or publish all files in the system that are shared. This obviously makes no sense as there could be thousands of documents, each with its own needs for sharing and publishing. My question is: 1. I cannot find how to allow a Public user to upload a file to a "Public On the Web with a Password" folder. We were expecting to allow our clients to have the ability to upload their application to Zoho Docs. Then we'd close the Public access to the folder once they have uploaded the document. Unless I'm missing something, it looks like the mobile app does not have any type of security/password/pin/fingerprint lock. Is this correct? This seems odd since almost all the other apps have such feature.All the files have disappeared

A couple days ago we noticed that all of our documents have lost their formatting. Margins no longer align, graphics are in the wrong places, etc. This problem affects all versions of the document.
