Can't Empty Spam on iOS Mobile
Hello, My customer (using a different Zoho account from the one I'm using here fwiw) can't empty spam (or trash) on her iPhone 6s. I can sign into her account on my desktop and everything works fine, so this is just a mobile Zoho Mail app issue on her end. When she selects her spam folder and the list of spam email is displayed, she then touches the "empty spam" button, which seems to work fine. The folder is emptied as it should be. However, when she returns to her folder list, the parentheticalmobile calls are not saved automatically

Hello Folks, I am fairly new with zoho crm and so far it has been a stuggle. I can not open an attachment in an email that is in the zoho crm app. When I try to open it, it says that it is an unsupported file. It doesn't matter if it is a jpeg, pdf, word, etc. I can however open them if I go to my email client just fine so I know it isn't a device issue. It's stupid that I have to keep going to 2 different email client areas. I thought the point of a crm is that everything is in one place and savesCan't download attachments
I can download email attachments in zoho crm app in the messages area. I get unsupported file type error, however if I use my email client I can open the attachments. I'm trying to open pdf, jpeg, word, etc and cant. I thought the point of a crm is to have everything at your fingertips and to speed things up. Forced stopped app, restarted, re login etc. My zohomail web client is not always online and I cant download email onto zohomail andriod app until i first download on web zoho client first. Hello, If I enter an event in my app it uploads to the site an hour behind schedule. How do I synchronize the app and the site version? Mt iPad app does not show newly added employees. I want to assign them a task and when I do a "reset app", it seems that I loose tasks that were logged that day by employees. This is strictly in reference to the CRM, not an employee module. How do I prevent "records not currently synced to server from being deleted on the desktop app when I reset the app on my iPad. When a ticket is updated, a notification is generated on my phone app, and the bubble counter upticks one. When I go online to view that ticket, either via the app or browser, I would expect that the notification(s) associated with that ticket would then be automatically cleared (synchronized) but they are not. So even though I have viewed and responded to all my tickets, when I look at my phone there is always a bubble counter present. It's also there on browser view as well. Hi When selecting Accounts Near Me, my location in the UK is shown correctly but no accounts are shown on the map even though lots exist within the radius selected. zoho projects is a fantastic powerful project planning tool and the mobile app is a great companion on the go and when offline. Not having a tablet version for this long is a hinderance in productivity especially when most of zoho's competitors particularly the more widely used and enterprise providers all have. CRM, Invoices, Books, Expenses all have great iPad apps so why not Projects and please don't suggest the tablet browser as its unusable and unable to use offline. Is it in the roadmap?? I have the Zoho mail app on my SGS4, and notice that when two emails are received simultaneously, tapping one of them in the folder view will open the other, and vice versa.
