Reordering task lists and grouping into sub folder
Is there a way to reorder the task list template? I also want the lists kept in a sub folder so that I can find the template faster. :D

Deadline event
Hi, Can someone could how can do this? I want to set up an event with a deadline, but without beginning date. I set it as a task but it take lot of space in my calendar since it's something due in 6 months. I just want to be noticed of it couple of days before this date. Is it possible? I'm not quite sure I understand milestones, but I could'nt add any description and i'm not sure when we will be notice it's coming soon. Thanks!!
Meeting Notification
Suggestion: 1) Allow "no notification" as an option. Also allow 5 min or 10 min as options for meeting reminder. 2) Sometimes, users are traveling. So, send notice to their emial would be no use. All send notice to other emails like the email associated with cell phone. To do this, the User section needs to expend and other emial fields need to be added. rdluo

Editing documents with Writer from Projects
I have uploaded word documents into Projects. When I click on the open icon to Open the Document in ZoHo Writer a new window opens with the document I requested. The problem is not all the functionality of Writer is available - see attachment. Is this because there is no single sign on yet? It seems weird to allow a user to edit the document with Writer but not open up all functionality.
Create Invoice for all projects for a customer
Hello, I have 6 projects for a single customer. I just discovered that I cannot export all the billable work for a single customer to ZOHO Invoice at one time. It would be nice to be able to invoice by customer, not just by project. Thank You, Steve wickwood

Issues Log please
I'd like to see an ISSUES LOG which allows the identification of special types of tasks which are highlighted as issues or actions during a project. These might just be regular tasks but tagged as ISSUES maybe. In fact, if a task could be given a category that would be the most flexible way of reporting these. toshi

Timesheet Bug
I can't add timesheet items. When I put information into it I get a red error box saying "Please enter valid time Ex : 0.23 (or) 2.06 (or) 10.10 Date" What's Wrong? Setting non-work days
Where can I set the non-working days? Saturday and Sunday have to be marked as non-working days. Adding start/end dates and dependencies to come up with end date is COMPLETELY useless if weekends can not be marked as non-working days. markjott

Spreadsheets Changes Aren't Saved
I created a new spreadsheet named Big_Ideas.xls. I renamed the default tabs from Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3 to: 1_Audience, 2_Topics, 3_Modeling I clicked the "Save" button, and the "Uploading" tag appeared, then the Save button Grayed out. I closed the window. From the Documents link, I clicked on the icon to edit Big_Ideas.xls and when the spreadsheet opened in a new window, the tabs read Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3 instead of 1_Audience, 2_Topics, 3_Modeling. I tried this more than once using both Firefox

Adding images to task notes would be very handy to help explain the workload. (Currently images have to be downloaded also instead of a viewer being available within projects) Attachments also would be very handy as part of a task. colinmoji

Document List
Hi, in our project, the document view in the list mode does not work. Page one of that view always shows a clear screen with no entries. In bigger folders which have more pages, page two seems to work normal. Could you please have a look on that ? cheers Timo

Is it possible to integrate/combine Zoho CRM with Projects? I'm looking to do this so as to setup a integrated company wide solution for small and medium sized businesses. Default Off for email notification
When creating new tasks, is there a way to default the email notification to NO? As I create new tasks, unwanted emails are created and sent because I forget to uncheck the box. In my Projects, most users do not need separate email notifications as tasks are created.
Import data from Basecamp to zoho projects

Task Descriptions, Task Dependencies, Assigned Files to task
I have worked with plenty project management systems and I believe that Zoho is a very good program but these two (Task Descriptions and Task Dependencies) are really missing and are important. Especially Task Description must not be so hard to add. You cant just write everything about a task to the subject. Task Dependencies are also very important you need to know what it needs to be done before a task is able to be completed in matters of other tasks. Finaly, it would be great if I could assing

Suggestions for Forum feature
It would be good if the forum entries can be written using Richtext Editors or something similar to ZOHO Writer. The presentation of forum entries could be more user friendly by having various views of the entries. E.g. group by author, group by topic/tags. The entries could also be listed first by links then allowing interested viewers to select and view the full entry. A wiki like approach could be beneficial. Teo Xiang Zheng
