Calendario "español"
Hola amigos, les felicito por su aplicación, pero no consigo cambiar el formato de la vista del calendario a la semana española, que empieza en lunes y no en domingo (tal como aparece ahora) No sé si es quie no sé cambiarlo o es una carencia de calendario, el caso es que es importante para muchos usuarios mundiales que están acostumbrados a que la semana empiece en lunes. Some Users Get a "Deadlink" While Trying to Open Z
Hello, We are having intermittent issues viewing spreadsheets in Zoho sheet from our Projects. I can personally view sheets with no issue in Firefox 2 and IE 7 with no issues, however the save button does not work in either. The button gets pushed in when I click it, but it doesn't say saving on the right hand side. Dong a CTRL+S however does successfully save and update the sheet. However I have to other users, both in IE 7 that simply get a "deadlink" when they try to open a document in sheet.
Admin User
There is no way to add another Admin user or change existing. The employee set up as the admin for our company is no longer with us. We need to change hte name to something more generic. How?? janice@primalstare.com
Possible to have multiple projects accounts under one user?
Hi folks, I run a couple of companies, and I'd like to create separate projects accounts for each one under my username. In addition, I would like to be able to view all projects (for both companies) under the single login. Or at least be able to quickly toggle between the two. Is this possible? I understand if it's not, but I just wanted to check. Thank you.

adding users to a project.
While working on my project I invited a person verbally, so he joined zoho.com and gave me his id, now I don't know how to add him to the project. Is there a way to get it done without his id? thanks, esv.
multiple admins
It would be useful to have more than one user marked as Admin. We have to use a "group ID" with separate email address, sharing the admin password to accomplish this today. We prefer not to do this. lhsilva
simply delete a document???
We need to delete a document that has been uploaded. I cannot find the place where I can do this, and have looked many times. Also, the versioning is confusing because it seems to rewrite file names, and I prefer to keep my own versioning control in the filenames.... Please help me find the delete button for doc.'s. Date configuration bug
When setting up a meeting the date displays as US format MM-DD-YYYY though my configuration format is UK/AU DD-MM-YYYY. When you save the meeting it gets confused and doesn't always apply the date as selected from the calenadar. Darrin Bird

A user's email address cannot be changed once they register. It would be good to add this to their profile, or at least allow Admin to change it. lhsilva
Documents area ignore uploads
Oftentimes, I will upload a document and after a short period, ZohoProjects will return without successfully adding the file. It does not produce an error or anything. I can try again several times to no avail. I've even changed the name of the file to make sure this was not the problem. For example, I attempted to upload "toneee_com_SALES_PROCESS_Org_chart_layout.ppt", carefully removing all spaces and strange characters. Why is this? This can be VERY annoying when trying to get things accomplished.

Problems exporting timesheet data to xls
Hello, I have 4 projects. When in My Log Calender I export a subset of the data (45 days) of all four projects I end up with an .xls file of 0 bytes. When opening it in Excel it shows an error stating that the file is corrupt. Exporting 30 days works fine. When exporting data from the same 45 days period out of each individual project works fine. However, this is not what I want because it make reporting spend time to supervisors very time consuming (mainly because the amount of projects will grow

I tried to enter duration such that it exceed related Milestone date. The task was not added (which is ok) but there was no warning. Pls provide warning or some restriction on duration/end date. durgeshc

Viewing a complete calendar

One unified calander
I have many users and many projects. At the moment, each of us have to check out camendar for each project we are working on. Is there a way to get all projects added to a calenar for each person and/or one for the overall project manager of all people and projects? Outlook is not a option for us. pageviews
Billing in tenths, removal of closed projects?
Would it be possible to change the billing time to tenths of an hour? Many professionals round up to the nearest tenth for their time. Also is it possible to remove closed projects from the list on the timesheet when you log time with out deleting the closed projects? As I accomplish more and more, I have more and more closed projects to wade through when I have to log time manually. Thanks, this is a great product.
RSS Feeds and Microsoft Outlook
Is there way way to have tasks and calendar items created in Zoho projects add a similar item to my Microsoft Outlook? Maybe this could be accomplished with an RSS feed that automatically adds the item in Outlook (not sure if that is technically feasible, just suggesting). My problem is that while sitting at my desk creator is a wonderful tool. However, when I am on the road (alot) my blackberry reminds me of tasks and appointments with the data synched from Outlook. It would be great if in addition to adding meetings, I could add Events. There's a little bug in the default font behavior of Zoho Sheets, always changes the cells to Luxi when you cut and paste. And at the top of my wishlist is of course a better looking & more intuitive Calendar. The cream on top would be Gantt charts that break down to the day. Keep rocking team Zoho! b@trax.org

Very hard to add members to a project
I have been using zoho for a few months to keep track of my freelance projects. I'm happy with it as a unique user, but I have a project I'm collaborating with 4 other people and I decided to include them in Zoho. My Work Calendar iCal is invalid
First, thanks for the new My Work Calendar feature with an iCal feed! But, I can't the feed to work in my Mac iCalendar program. When I click the iCal button (with the webcal:// URL), I get taken to iCalendar correctly, and the URL shows in the "subscribe" box correctly. I wish you could add a expense tracking feature in the Zoho Projects app, and maybe a mind mapping application. Just like Mayomi, only better :)
