User Privileges
Seems to me that a User with capabilities between the Admin and Manager are essential for Project Management. Having one person (Admin) being the sole creator of all projects will become unmanageable in a short amount of time. Having multiple accounts just because that is the only way to have multiple Users creating Projects is not good either. Having multiple accounts defeats the purpose and benefit of having Projects in one location. In our case, we would need 5 or 6 different accounts. Not cool.
User Name
I am currently playing around with ZOHO projects and am intending to try out a small project using this. I noticed that in forums, it says posted by <the email id>. I would appreciate if it mentioned some name that the user has set, along with photograph... something similar to phpbb's forum. May be asking for too much! sreearun

Task List and Notes Upgrade- make 'em visible
Hi there, Adding Notes to Tasks is HUGE! and IT is the main reason we're using Zoho instead of your competitors. However, I think there could be an improvement. The project admin/manager needs to be able to default the notes to always be completely expanded and show. It is inconvenient to have to click every single "notes" link to see if there is a note or not. I need to enable "notes always visible" and then if an individual user wants to hide them, then he can. Hi I want to move from zohoplanner to zohoproject, is there any way to import everything from my zohoplanner account into zohoproject? Also, if I setup projects in zohoproject, can I see a list of all my tasks for today on everyproject anywhere? I can do this on zohoplanner fromt he calendar. demo

Can't Register For Forums - Getting Error
I'm trying to register as a user of the forums but everytime I click to register and then click to accept the T&C, I get an error that I have made too many attempts to try to login and I should try later. Well, this was the first time I tried on this computer. Plus I have tried on 2 other computers - that makes 3 total - I can not register or login to the forums. timesheet problem
Hi - the timesheet has awesome potential, but I am not able to edit or delete entries from the calendar view. when I click on an entry, the window at the top opens and says "no log hours for...<date> " the timesheet entries show up in the list view just fine, but are not editable or deletable in that view.
Move tasks to another milestone
It will be very nice, if it is possible to move tasks not to internal or external tasklists but also to another milestones.
My initial impressions
This is a great piece of web software, but has some weaknesses as Project Management software. 1. The printing is no good. Where can I even print anything? It's not clear to me. Am I missing something? 2. Plans are not reusable. There is an option to archive projects, but what if I want to use a plan twice? The software doesn't appear to be good at that. 3. Some sort of file export would be nice...a text XML file would be good. Something... 4. Mobile views/support would be nice. I think that is a

edit/delete/ move icons not appearing
In tasks I cannot seem to edit them because the icons are not appearing. I am using a PC and Im on Firefox.
Project list not working as it should
Users not assigned to a project should not see the project in their project list ...otherwise the meaning of the list is null... please fix... I also think there needs to be a better way to report bugs.
Pricing Structure
Projects is great, the best I've seen... but ... The pricing is designed for several people working on one or two projects. What about one person, working on several projects at once? I work on 15 different projects in a week. I'd have to buy "Enterprise" and and have lots of storage and SSL support, both of which is wasted on me really. Not able to login
Hi, I have been using single project Zoho Project for a while. I used the forgot password option to change my password and got a confirmation email with the password. But now when I try to login using the email id and password, the login screen just refreshes neither giving an error message nor showing me the project page. I appreciate any feedback (By the way your spell check feature don't recognize the word Zoho. Rather it shows Soho)

File Permissions etc
Hi there... I have been using another product and one thing I miss in ZOHO Projects is permissions. Is there a way to set a file, event etc to only be seen by certain users? Example, I may not want a contractor, or employee to see a confidentail contract or the like. Also, is there a way to make it so that client users can not see all users associated? Can Clients See Login Status?
In the trial version I am unable to test to see if a client can see the user login status of other clients who are assigned to different project. I am evaluating the software but can not allow different clients to see each other. For Example: Project 1 - Client 1 Logs in. Project 2 - Different Client 1 Logs in. In the User Login Status box, will they see each other's email address and login status? I would assume, Internals can see the different clients ... how does this all work?

Export timesheet lists
It would be very nice if one could export the timesheet lists, e.g. as a csv-file. Then one could use the output as the basis for an invoice when man-hours are billed to a customer. And if one could specify filter and sort parameters, that would be great as well. demo
