Community Add Topic Category selector drop-down is unusable

At present in Confluence we have multiple levels within our documentation but with learn it looks like you can only have Space - Manual - Chapter Is it possible to have levels below Chapter? Docs for Create Public wiki don't match site?
I was trying to find a way to create a publicly accessible wiki, and ran into some dead ends. https://zohowikihelp.wiki.zoho.com/Create-New-Wiki.html explains how to create a wiki and set it to public. However, when I tried it, the page I saw at step 2 (the first screen cap on the indicated page), didn't have a Permissions section. The site that got created was Private. Paste image to Wiki editor does not work
I edit a wiki page and paste an image from the clipboard to the editor. The Image appears. As soon as I save the page, the image disappears. In the html source code I see an empty img tag. Tested with google chrome and firefox on Ubuntu 20.04.

Markdown for Pages
Justification: Github Pages has turned markdown into the lingua franca of rapid content creation. A large subset of developer now know & regularly use markdown for quick writeups of internal docs, wiki-style pages, etc. Ability to author pages in some flavor of markdown would be a big value-added for us on Zoho Projects. Other comments: Non-breaking UI for this could be implemented by extending the "Toggle HTML Source" button in the top-right to be a drop-down.

Table of Contents Links don't work
Clicking on the table of contents links does nothing. It changes the URL but does not take the user to the relevant section of the page. If I copy the link and open a new page with it, I am also not taken to the correct part of the page, it just stays at the top. Is there a newer version that may work better? Edit: looking into this more, it seems any Headers with any special characters don't work. Commas, periods, even spaces can mess it up. Any word if the beta fixes the table of contents?
Private wiki with one private workspace and one public workspace
Hi, I would like to create a private wiki for my support team with private workspaces. However I want a public workspace accessible to my customers (don’t want them to login) which has a user manual for a product. is this scenario possible where some workspace are private and others public in the same wiki? SAML Integration with Wiki

One of the requirements is to have users login using their Office 365 login (i.e. SAML via Azure AD) so that they don't need another user name as password. Bug: Export as PDF creates secure PDF
The PDF export function always creates a Secure PDF, regardless of whether you have asked for that option. This has several negative effects. The most pressing problem for us is that users of the PDF are prevented from copying text from the PDF. Folder support for pages
We are migrating over from Basecamp 3 to Zoho Projects. We were used to work with intuitive project pages on Basecamp (called "Docs and Files" on Basecamp by default) where the user can directly see the folder structure and the documents themselves presented on the folders. Bug: Editor shortcut keys no longer work in Firefox 65
Issue GWZ1044 Firefox just updated to version 65, and now several keyboard shortcuts in Zoho Wiki WYWIWYG editor no longer work. In short, these keys are being grabbed by Firefox, instead of being sent to the editor. Ctrl-B and Ctrl-I invoke Firefox Bookmarks panel, instead of applying bold or italic to the selected text. Bug: WYSIWYG editor excessive bottom margin
I'm pretty sure this is a new issue in the last couple of days. The WYSIWYG editor is setting the bottom of the edit area a long way from the bottom of the window, leaving a large wasted space that should instead be dedicated to the edit area. Here is a screen cap. This issue shows up across multiple zoho wiki sites, and happens on both Firefox and Chrome, on Windows. (7-64).
