Using notecard groups to organize
Notebook provides you with yet another way to organize your note cards: Group notes as a stack. Group related note cards as one and be more organized in Notebook. You can group all types of note cards together and stack them. You can also set a title to your group.
Before you begin
- Only note cards from the same notebook can be grouped. You can't group note cards from different notebooks and in the All Notes view
- Grouped note cards will be listed as individual items in All Notes view
To group note cards:
1. Open the notebook
2. Select the list of note cards to group.
3. In the mobile app you can pinch two notes together to group them
4. Click Group in the top-right corner to group them
5. You can flick through the notes in the group in the mobile app
6. Double tap/double click to expand the group and set title to the group
7. Alternatively you can set title to your group by clicking the three vertical dot and click Set title for this group
You can add new note cards, move, share, and delete the group in Notebook. You can search for your groups with their title
To ungroup notes:
1. Open the note card group
2. Select the list of note(s) to be ungrouped and click Ungroup in the top-right corner
