Zoho Writerで共有する前に、入力可能なフィールドにデフォルト値を設定する方法は？

概要
Zoho Writerのfillable テンプレートを利用すると、さまざまなデータ元から情報を自動入力したフォームを作成できます。これにより、受信者は多くの項目が事前に入力された状態でフォームを受け取れるため、入力の手間と時間を大幅に削減できます。
前提条件
- Fillable テンプレートの作成
- 値を入力するためのデータ データ元へのアクセス権
手順
- 事前入力や共有を行いたいfillable テンプレートをZoho Writerで開きます。
- ハンバーガーメニューをクリックし、Automate -> リンク Data データ元を選択して、データ データ元と接続します。
- ドキュメント内のFillable 項目をクリックし、データ データ元から項目を設定して、下記のようにデータを事前入力します。
- さらに、「Prefill & 共有する」機能を使って、下記ポップアップで初期設定値を入力できます。
- 「送信する for Filling」タブで、作成済みの事前入力されたfillableフォームのリンク共有方法をメールなどで設定し、「送信する for Filling」をクリックします。
