Zoho CRMにおけるメールマージテンプレートの仕組み

この記事では、Zoho CRMでマージテンプレートを使用した操作方法の概要を説明します。
Zoho CRMにおけるマージテンプレートの動作について
CRM連携時に、ユーザーが任意のデータを選択または開き、マージ操作を開始すると、選択したテンプレートから一時的なドキュメントが作成され、データとのマージ操作が行われます。このドキュメントは一度限りの使用を目的としており、閉じた後に再度リロードや再オープンすると無効になります。これは想定された動作です。
ユーザーがメールマージ操作中に一時ドキュメントで加えた変更を元のテンプレート内容に反映させたい場合は、下記の「テンプレートを更新」オプションをクリックしてください。これが完了すると、最新の変更内容が保存され、テンプレートを再度開いた際の今後のマージ操作にも反映されます。
さらに、ユーザーはCRMのテンプレートページから、いつでもマージテンプレートにアクセスし、編集することが可能です。これは設定 > カスタマイズ > テンプレート > メールマージの順に移動することで行えます。追加情報については、こちらのリンクをご参照ください。
この機能はZoho PeopleおよびZoho Recruitとの連携にも対応しています。
CRMデータとマージするためにPDFドキュメントをテンプレートとして使用する方法
これは2つの方法で可能です：
1. Zoho WriterでPDFをマージテンプレートとして追加する
2. Zoho CRMでPDFをマージテンプレートとして追加する
PDFドキュメントをインポートしてCRMのマージテンプレートとして利用し、ご希望のタブに必須項目を追加します。
マージログとレポート
- Writerでは、メールマージのログはジョブ単位でのみ提供されます。CRMからのデータ単位で、関連付けられたメールマージのステータスや詳細を追跡できます。詳細はこちら。
- ドキュメントがマージされ、CRMデータで署名収集のために送信された場合、ドキュメント上の署名ステータスも取得できます。
