What is it?	Users from multiple Cliq organizations can connect via 1-1 direct messages, calls and meetings.	A channel where people from two or more organizations can work together.	A Cliq network is a dedicated space to collaborate with your external business stakeholders such as partners, vendors, agencies, consultants, volunteers etc. It equips you with an extensive set of configurable permissions to facilitate controlled, secure and full-fledged external collaboration.
Whom is it suggested for?	For organizations that allow their employees to have direct conversations with people outside their organisation.	For organizations those use Cliq for communication.	Any organisation can use networks to collaborate with partners, vendors, contract employees, agencies.
Participation limit	Unlimited users	Each channel can accommodate 500 participants.	Unlimited users can join a network.
Admin Controls - Security and Privacy	The org admin can allow the org members to communicate with members of other orgs by enabling "Allow chat with users who are not a part of this organization" policy.	The org admin can disable external channels by navigating to Cliq Admin Panel > Configurations > External Channel.	The org admin can restrict users from accessing networks created by other Cliq organizations.
Roles and Permissions	Org admin can restrict members in specific roles from communicating with external users via Cliq Admin Panel > Roles > External Users.	Channel admins can control the actions the moderators and the members of the external channel can perform.	The network admin can configure an extensive set of custom roles and permissions for the network members.
Notifications	Notifications will be delivered to the Cliq business org account.	Notifications will be delivered to the Cliq business org account.	Notifications will be delivered in the respective networks, and the notification count will be updated in the hamburger menu on the top left corner of the navigation bar.
License	Available in all plans	Users with the Cliq Unlimited plan, Zoho Workplace Professional and Zoho One can create 5 channels per user license.	Cliq Network is available for paid organisations. Paid org accounts can choose any of the below add-ons as per their requirement. A maximum of 10 networks are allowed in an org Also, 3 free networks can be created for the paid plan.
