Zoho Signにおけるデータセンター移行

Zoho アカウント（Zoho Sign アカウントを含む）を作成すると、お客様の情報は私たちのデータセンター（DC）の一つに保存されます。Zohoは自動的にお客様にIP 住所に基づいてデータセンターを割り当てます。Zohoアカウントが設立されると、お客様のデータは全て割り当てられたDCに固有に保存され、アクセスの種類に基づいて異なる地理的場所に移動することはできません。
Zoho Sign アプリは、以下のZohoデータセンターを持つ顧客に現在利用可能です：
- アメリカ合衆国 (US) -> sign.zoho.com/...
- カナダ (CA) -> sign.zohocloud.ca/...
- 欧州連合 (EU) -> sign.zoho.eu/...
- インド (IN) -> sign.zoho.in/...
- オーストラリア (AU) -> sign.zoho.com.au/...
- 日本 (JP) -> sign.zoho.jp/...
ただし、地域規制や地政学的な事情が変わると、データを別のDCに移転する必要が生じる場合があります。
どのようにアカウントおよびデータを異なるDCに移転できますか？
そのような場合は、migrations@zohoaccounts.comまでメールリクエストを送ると、弊社のチームが手続きをサポートします。

Zoho Sign アカウントをDC間で移転する際の次の制限事項をご理解ください：
- 進行中および期限切れのステータスを持つすべてのドキュメントは自動的にリコールとマークされ、ドキュメントは再送の必要があります。
- すべてのSignFormsが無効化され、その既存のURLは機能しなくなります。送信者は自分のSignFormsを再活性化し、新しいURLを共有する必要があります。
- ユーザーは、第三者プロバイダーが提供するデジタル署名やドキュメントタイムスタンプといった統合されたサービスを再設定する必要があります。提供者とZoho Signでの彼らのサービスは、ご利用のDCにより異なる場合があります。

- 受領済みのドキュメントはインポートされません。
- 信頼されるドキュメントのタイムスタンプは無効になり、ユーザーは新しいDCで利用可能なプロバイダーで再度有効にする必要があります。
