You can manage multiple Facebook Pages by setting them up as separate brands in Zoho Social. Brands can help you group social media accounts for different business entities. Each brand can include one each of the following supported channels: Facebook Page, X Profile, Instagram Business Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Profile, Google Business Profile Listing, Pinterest Profile, Mastodon Profile, Threads Profile, Bluesky Profile, YouTube Channel; WhatsApp Business Account, Telegram Business Account integrations on Inbox.

Can I publish to a Facebook group on Zoho Social?
No, the API for Facebook Groups for all third-party social media management applications has been discontinued by Meta. So, Facebook Groups is not available on Zoho Social. You won't be able to publish and schedule posts, and view any post deatils under the Posts tab.
Why can't I publish posts to my Facebook Profile?
You cannot publish to your Facebook Profiles because Facebook has restricted API access to third-party social media tools like Zoho Social from using this functionality.

How do I reconnect my social channels?
In cases where your network's token has expired, you've changed the password of your social account, or there have been changes in the API permissions between Zoho Social and the network, reconnecting the specific channel will help resolve the issue. Access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn have a 60-day lifespan based on the network's design. Once this period expires, you'll need to reconnect the channels to continue using them in Zoho Social.
To reconnect your social channels, follow the steps below:
  1. Tap Settings on your dashboard.
  2. Click on Social Channels under Brand Settings.
  3. Click Reconnect next to the channel you want to reconnect.

Why is there a mismatch in the 'Total followers' metric between my Facebook page and Zoho Social?
The 'Total followers' is a metric available under the Brand health section for connected social media networks. This metric, specific to your Facebook page, stands for the total likes received for your page, rather than the follower count. This issue arises due to Meta's API limitations.

However, we are actively trying to bring a workaround to display the total followers count on Zoho social soon. In the meantime, please explore audience reports for a detailed analysis on how your page likes are progressing in comparison with your audience.
