Integrate Zoho SalesIQ with PageSense
If you are using Zoho SalesIQ, the live chat software used to connect and solve customer queries, then integrating with Zoho PageSense will let you easily view your customers' behavior on the website in real time, and further provide enhanced customer support. The integration helps you understand how your visitors interact with your website, what problems they face, and what solution they already tried using recorded sessions. It also tracks visitors once they complete certain actions or goals, like time spent or user clicks on a web page.
With the SalesIQ integration, you can:

- Resolve your customers' issues faster
- Avoid repetitive help desk procedures
- Avoid asking customers to explain issues in detail, share screenshots or GIFs
- Optimize website's performance and increase customer satisfaction
- Increase conversion of leads.
To integrate Zoho SalesIQ with PageSense:
Alert: To enable this integration, you need to make sure that Zoho PageSense tracking code is added on your website. Also remember to set up required goals and session recording experiment in PageSense for which you want to track data in SalesIQ. Learn how to install the PageSense snippet code on your website.
1. Open your project on PageSense that you want to integrate with Zoho SalesIQ.
2. Click the Integrations tab on the top pane, enable the SalesIQ button, and click Continue.

3. Choose the respective SalesIQ portal you want to integrate with PageSense from the dropdown.
4. Copy paste the SalesIQ code snippet in all the website pages you want to track goals and session recording experiment.
5. Setup required goals and session recordings experiment in PageSense for which you want to track metrics in SalesIQ.
6. You will be able to view the following details on SalesIQ:
- Watch your customers' session recordings: Click on the session recording link to see your customers' journey through the website pages as you interact with the visitor and diagnose the exact problem they are facing in real time.This helps resolve complex, multi-stage issues faster by cutting down on lengthy conversations though live chat.
b. Track goals achieved: Click Visitors history to get a detailed report on the goals accomplished, such as time spent and number of sign ups by individual visitors on your website. This information helps identify the potential issues faced by your visitors on the website, optimize web pages as per user requirements, and build stronger customer relationships.
