Set up Zoho Survey Integration

To integrate Zoho Survey with your Zoho CRM account

1. Log into your Zoho CRM account with Administrator privileges.
   
2. Go to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho Survey
   
3. In the Zoho Survey Integration page, click Get Started Now.
   

1. If you already have a Zoho Survey account, you can select the portal you want to map to. You can also choose a department within the portal. You can choose multiple departments as well.
   
2. Click Add Users and select the Users you would like to add in Zoho Survey and click Assign.
   
3. Select the modules from which you would like to send surveys. You can later unselect those modules from which you don't want to send surveys.
   
4. Click Done.
   
5. Once you enable Zoho Survey integration with Zoho CRM, you can start sending surveys from the selected modules. 
   
   In case the integration is disabled, you can enable it from the integration page in CRM.
   

 Deactivate Zoho Survey Integration

You can deactivate Zoho Survey Integration at any time. Deactivation of the integration does not interfere with the Zoho survey account settings. You can continue to build surveys from your Zoho Survey account. On deactivating:

1. You can choose to retain data or delete the data permanently.
   

   Retain Data - All the survey campaigns created will be retained. You cannot create a new survey campaign.
   Delete Data Permanently - The survey campaigns created will be moved to offline campaigns.

2. The Zoho Survey link will no longer be available while creating Email templates. However, the Email templates containing the Survey links will not be removed, unless you delete the templates manually. The Survey links will continue to work. But if someone responds it will not be captured in Zoho CRM upon deactivation.
