Permissions and Associated Actions

1. To use the Resume Extractor plug-in for Chrome, the Import Resume permission is required.
2. To add or update Candidates/Contacts via Resume Extractor, users will require the Create/Edit permission for the respective module.
   
3. To directly associated the candidate with a job opening via Resume Extractor, users will require the Associate Candidate to Job Opening permission.
   
4. To add the highlighted webpage content as an attachment, users require the Create permission to access the Resume (Candidates) / Others (Contacts) attachment category. 
   
5. To add Tags via Resume Extractor, users will require the permission to Associate / Unassociate Tags.
   

Adding Candidates/Contacts

1. Drag-select the content from the candidate's profile page and click on the Resume Extractor extension icon located in the browser's toolbar.
   

1. If you aren't logged into Zoho Recruit or don't have an account, the Welcome Page will be displayed. You can Log In or Sign Up from there.
   
   
2. Once you're logged in, you will see the Profile Page. Click on continue to proceed.
   
3. The selected data is then parsed and populated into the respective fields in the Extractor Page. You can then choose to add the parsed data as a;
   
1. Candidate
   
   
2. Contact
   
4. (Available only for Candidate Records) After the information is mapped, you have the option to edit the parsed details and assign a status, add a tag, add a source or even associate candidates with a job opening under Advanced Options.
   

1. Click on the Add to Recruit button to add the candidate into your Zoho Recruit account. A success message will be displayed.
   
2. You can choose to view the record inside Zoho Recruit by clicking the View in Recruit button. 
   
3. For your reference, the webpage content selected for parsing will be included as an attachment to Candidates & Contacts added via Resume Extractor. The attachment category for each module will be as follows;
   
1. For Candidates: Resume
   
2. For Contacts: Other
