Introduction to reports
Data drives business. When an organization has actionable insight into how its resources are spent, that spending can be optimized. Reports in Zoho One can give you that data. They enable you to monitor your users and apps, identify underutilized resources, and get the most out of your business.
In addition to this, you get a unified view of important report data in the Dashboard. You can see an overview of your organization's users, groups, apps, sign-in activity, and app usage.
Types of reports

| User sign-ins in apps | List of user sign-ins in individual Zoho apps added to Zoho Directory | |
| Most signed-in apps | List of Zoho apps with the most sign-ins by users | |
| MFA Reports | MFA configuration status | Report of MFA status for all users |
| MFA mode usage | Report of most-used MFA modes | |
| Device Reports | Recently assigned devices | List of all devices recently assigned |
