Easy third party collaboration: Zoho Flow Integration

Third-party integrations extend your project functionality with improved workflow, and data processing. With Zoho Flow integration you can include multiple third party actions into your project or task automation. Add Zoho Flow action in Workflow rules and blueprints to integrate, automate, and connect your projects or tasks directly to required third-party applications.

For instance, a manager creates a workflow rule with the criteria as "Status updated to Complete"; and adds Zoho Flow action for Microsoft Outlook to "Create event" for client review. They add another flow action for Zoho Cliq to "Message in Channel" with a customised message containing Outlook meeting link. So, when a project status is updated to Complete, an event is created in Outlook for client review and a message is sent in Zoho Cliq channel with client review event details.

To include third party connection in a blueprint, the manager adds a Zoho Flow action in the transition of Blueprint. The Flow action to create a Client review event on Outlook after the final transition and before the status is updated to Closed.

Utilize monthly free Flow action credits, to create as many as 100 connection with third party application. For more monthly credits, purchase additional credits to execute more than 100 flow actions. The free credits reset every month based on UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
