Use case
A company using Zoho Projects can notify the respective Zoho Cliq channels to close high priority tasks. Manually updating teams through messages or emails might cause delayed resolution. To avoid this, user can create a workflow rule with the trigger, Task status “high priority”. Add Zoho Flow Action which sends a message to the Priority Task Channel on Zoho Cliq and sends an Email to the Project Manager notifying with a summary of the task, a link to the task, and the due date. With every message sent, a Zoho Flow credit is utilised.
