Enable Image and Hyperlink Sync in Zoho Desk - Jira Integration

Hi,

We are using the Zoho Desk - Jira integration, which allows comments to sync automatically between a Zoho Desk ticket and its linked Jira issue. However, we have noticed a limitation:

  • When adding a hyperlink or image in a Zoho Desk comment, it is not transferred to Jira.
  • When adding a hyperlink or image in a Jira ticket comment, it is not transferred to Desk.
  • Similarly, when creating a Jira ticket from Zoho Desk, images and hyperlinks included in the original Desk ticket are not carried over to jira

We request an enhancement to ensure that:

  1. Images and hyperlinks added in Zoho Desk comments are properly passed to the linked Jira issue.
  2. Images and hyperlinks added in jira comments are properly passed to the linked zoho desk
  3. Images and hyperlinks are retained when creating a Jira ticket from Zoho Desk.

This would greatly improve communication and ensure that all relevant information is available in both systems without manual re-entry.
