How to Make a single invoice for multiple branches of a client?

I have a client whose business branches are spread over a country and we are asked to generate a single invoice for the headoffice, detailing the specific branches where we rendered our services and goods as well. Moreover, some of branches are situated in different states where different sales taxes are applied.
