Refund Request ,Zoho Mail Subscription (zoho suport is not replying)

Hi Zoho Team,

I recently subscribed to the Zoho Mail yearly plan, but after evaluating it, I found that the interface does not suit my workflow. I’ve already canceled the subscription from my end.

As I’m well within your 30-day refund window, I’m requesting a full refund in accordance with your refund policy.

Account & Invoice Details:

  • Invoice Date: 17 July 2025

  • Amount Paid: ₹826.00 (includes ₹126.00 IGST @18%)

  • Plan: Zoho Workplace – Mail Lite (1 User, Yearly Plan)

  • Payment Duration: 17 July 2025 to 16 July 2026

I had already sent this request to cancellation@zohocorp.com,support@zohomail.com and payments@zohocorp.com but have not received a response. Kindly treat this as a follow-up and process the refund without delay.

Please note: I am not seeking retention offers or alternatives. My decision is final.
