PDF Annotation is here - Mark Up PDFs Your Way!

      Reviewing PDFs just got a whole lot easier. You can now annotate PDFs directly in Zoho Notebook. Highlight important sections, add text, insert images, apply watermarks, and mark up documents in detail without leaving your notes.

      No app switching. No broken flow. Just a smoother way to review, collaborate, and get work done, all right within your Notebook.

Getting started is simple. Here’s how you can annotate PDFs in Zoho Notebook:
  1. Open the note containing the PDF and click on the File Card.
  2. Click the PDF to open it inside Notebook.
  3. Click Edit at the top of the PDF viewer.
  4. Add highlights, edit text, insert images, and apply watermarks as needed.
  5. Click Done, or close the viewer to save your changes automatically.
You can also annotate pdfs that are within your text notecard. Enjoy annotating while keeping everything organized within the same note.
