We're excited to share our new, refined UI for online meetings.
Here's how the new UI will improve your experience during online meetings:
- We've re-designed Zoho Meeting's online meeting UI to enable users to fully engage in conversations and boost productivity. The new UI is distraction-free, letting participants focus on the active speaker and the discussion at hand.
- The productivity of any meeting depends on the conversations participants have during the meeting. To help you focus on the conversations and the participants involved, we've enhanced the size of video feeds (16:9) to appear better on your screen.
- We've also doubled the number of video feeds you can see from 25 to 50.
- We've cut clutter by reducing the meeting toolbar to a small panel that appears only when needed. However, you can still set your toolbar to be visible at all times if you want.
The new toolbar lets you view and manage all settings you require during a meeting.
Use the toolbar to:
- View the elapsed time at the far left side.
- Turn your audio and video on or off with a single click on the respective buttons.
- Share your entire screen or an application window.
- View the participants list, and sort and filter the list.
- Send messages and links to your meeting participants.
- Lock your meeting, record it, change audio settings, meeting layout and preferences using the "more options" button.
- Exit the meeting or end it.
Host webinars with 3000 attendees
We've scaled up our webinars to empower you to influence larger audiences and widen your reach globally. Engage up to 3000 attendees at a time from any part of the world using webinars from Zoho Meeting.
Other enhancements
- We've introduced a filter in your Zoho Meeting account which you can use to separately view the lists of meetings scheduled by you and meetings to which you have been invited.
- We've also been working on some server-side enhancements to reduce connectivity issues and enhance audio/video quality.
Bug fixes
- Some users reported echo in their audio, issues with seeing attendees' names in participants lists, and presenters not receiving screen sharing requests. These have been fixed.
- Some participants reported they were unable to join recurring sessions. This issue has been fixed.
- We've resolved the issue that prevented the status of cancelled meetings from being updated in calendars.
- We've also fixed the issue which prevented the meeting agenda from being shown completely in calendars.

- Select and add meeting participants from your device contacts and organization contacts.
- Webinar attendees can now ask questions anonymously.
- We've revamped the template of our meeting invitation to include title, date and time, duration, meeting key, and password.
