Accidentally unsubscribed my entire list

I have a list of Customers and Prospects that I sync from CRM. 

I just created a workflow rule to remove contacts (unsubscribe) that fit a certain criteria. Unfortunately, my logic was flawed and I unsubscribed everyone on my list! 

Is there a way to revert them back to subscribed status?
