An Overview of All the New Updates From Zoho Vault

Hey everyone,

I hope you had a great holiday season! Over the last few months, we released a few new features and enhancements to Zoho Vault. Here's an overview of all the new updates in case you've missed any.

Seamless TOTP integration
You can now associate your TOTP keys with the corresponding passwords in Zoho Vault. Users will now be able to view auto-generated, time-based, one-time passwords (TOTP) within Vault's interface and safely share them with their friends and colleagues along with the password. TOTP integration is currently available on our web app, browser extensions, and iOS app. It will soon be available for Android users as well. Here's a quick help link to get you started.

Keyboard shortcuts
Perform your frequent action from the comforts of your keyboard. Our keyboard shortcuts address a wide range of custom functions, making life simpler. To view all the keyboard shortcuts, select Keyboard Shortcuts from the right-side panel of your Zoho Vault account.

Enhancements to our browser extensions
The following are some enhancements we have added to our browser extensions. Using these features, you can now:
  1. Let the extension auto-update logos for newly added passwords.
  2. Use the extension to access different accounts even when signed out from the web app. To access this feature, enable 'Stay signed in' from the Settings tab of your browser extension.

  3. Auto-login to your web accounts from the private tab.

Support for new languages
Say hallo to the two new languages we support–German and Italian! Users can switch their preferred choice of language from Settings > Personalization > Select your language.

File management for Android users
Android users of Zoho Vault can now attach files, scan, and save sensitive documents or images using our native mobile application. If you haven't explored our Android app yet, you can do so from this link
