I have a form created in ZMA 2.0 and am reusing it on many different pages on my wordpress website. I want to be able to captured the page URL against the lead that fills in the form.

And set up the script snippet in the header of my site - however it's a Pagesense script. Pagesense isn't integrated into Zoho Analytics (why not !) and i want to know how I find out the URL against each Lead created ?

I want to be able to see the Lead details of who filled out my form and know what page it came from
