Zoom Meeting is a widely used cloud- based platform designed for virtual communication through video, audio, and chat. It enables users to host interactive discussions, share screens and files, and collaborate through an easy to use interface.
When a customer raises a ticket that requires a detailed walkthrough or troubleshooting, the support agent can schedule or start a Zoom Meeting directly from the ticket interface. The customer can be invited immediately or a meeting can be scheduled at a convenient date and time without switching between applications. 
Once the meeting ends, all the details including the Duration, Link, Meeting ID, Password, Participants, and the link to the Meeting Recording are automatically recorded in the ticket under the Conversations tab for future reference.
