Other Product Enhancements:

Set an expiration date for articles
Set a specific date and time when your article should expire, and the article expires at that time. This way you can remove those articles which have lost its relevance from the Help Center.

Comments Sync in Bug Tracker
Comments are now synced between Zoho Desk and Zoho BugTracker. When the engineering team comments on a bug, the corresponding ticket in Zoho Desk is updated and vice versa. You can also receive status updates as comments – across both the applications. 
 
RTL Language Support
With this release now agents can see Zoho Desk in Hebrew and Arabic displayed in the RTL Layout.
 
New Reply Editor
It is now possible to copy images right into the editor.
 
Rich Text Editor in Comments
You can add content and then add rich formatting, including numbered or bulleted lists; treatments such as bold, underline, and italic text; font and background colors; and inserting links and tables.

Reports and Dashboard
