The function to associate emails to Deals isn't working well for some of my clients.  I have had the following requests:

1. Allow the Emails to be associated to the Deal via a Unique ID in the email subject line (not manually assigned or predicted)

2. Allow Emails from related Contact Roles to be shown as well.

3. To be able to send an email from the Deal that includes the Primary and Related Roles

Imagine you have a Construction Company using Zoho CRM to manage their deals.  They are engaged with Architects, Developers, Consultants and Local Government agents.  Many of these contacts are involved with more than one Deal.  

Requiring people to manually associate emails in a fast paced environment isn't a great solution, and the prediction functionality just isn't coping.

Is there anything on the horizon that may assist with these issues?
