Download speed/processing time of meeting recordings

Hi there,

We usually send a link to our customers of the recorded Zoho meeting. In the past this would only take a few minutes (approx 10) to process (see below screenshot) but it is now sometimes between 40 minutes to over an hour. Can you tell me what is causing this extra time in processing, how can we fix it?
