Email in Zoho CRM - "Conversation View" of Sent and Inbox messages
Hi, I'm looking for a way to view all messages (sent and received) for a specific email message in one place in Zoho CRM's Email tab. I am using a Group address, and therefore have set up Filters in Zoho Mail to mark messages that are both sent from the Group address and are also cc'd to it to the Sent folder (per the answer here https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/can-a-group-see-the-reply-of-a-group-email).
So it seems like Zoho Mail pulls together all emails with a shared Message-Id from any folder to create a comprehensive view of that messages activity. Can Zoho CRM do this too? I'm REALLY hoping so! The "Emails" related list on the Contact page does accurately reflect both sent and received messages for the contact, but you can't see any details there without clicking each message to view it in that popup.
