Enable attendees to connect to a meeting without the organizer

in Zoom/Ringcentral meetings, you can enable invited attendees to join the meeting early. This is especially useful for in-house meetings, where attendees have no need to, or are not willing to, wait, especially if based in different time zones, and/or if the organizer is only responsible for the logistics of the meeting. The organizer receives an email that "your attendees are waiting" when they join.
