Enable Screen Recording in Zoho WorkDrive Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)

How are you?

We are enthusiastic Zoho One users and rely heavily on Zoho WorkDrive for internal collaboration and content sharing. The screen-recording feature in the WorkDrive web app (similar to Loom) is extremely useful- however, currently it is not available in the WorkDrive mobile apps on Android or iOS.

Feature Request:
Please add the ability to record mobile device screens directly from the Zoho WorkDrive mobile applications.

Use Cases & Benefits:
  1. Support & Training – Agents and instructors can quickly record actions on a mobile device to demonstrate solutions and workflows.

  2. Collaboration & Documentation – Team members can provide visual feedback on mobile apps, prototypes, and field activities.

  3. Consistency Across Platforms – Users expect parity between desktop and mobile functionality, especially when dealing with content creation.

  4. Productivity on-the-go – Mobile screen recording empowers remote teams and field workers to capture issues instantly.

We would really appreciate if this enhancement could be considered for the WorkDrive mobile roadmap.
