Get instant summaries of your notes with the help of Zia

We've added a simple yet powerful feature to Zoho CRM that we're excited for you to try: Zia Notes Summary. It's designed to make the daily lives of a CRM user a bit easier by giving you quick summaries of your CRM notes. Whether it's a glance at the latest update or a comprehensive overview of all interactions, Zia's note summary covers it all.

Why Zia Notes Summary?

• It helps you quickly catch up on customer interactions, saving you time and keeping you informed.
  
• Your CRM records, including leads, contacts, accounts, and deals, can now be more organized and accessible.
  
• Making decisions becomes easier with all the necessary information summarized neatly for you.
  

How it works

Once you click on the "Summarize note(s)" button, you will find two summaries: "Overall Summary" for a bird's-eye view of all notes on a record, and "Last Note Summary" for the most recent update. It is simple and available when necessary, without any additional complications.

Availability:​

• Zia Notes summary is available for orgs in the Enterprise edition with 20+ user licenses or in the Ultimate edition of Zoho CRM.
  
• Notes summary is exclusively available in English.
  
• This feature is being rolled out in a phased manner and it's currently available for users in the US and EU DCs.​​​
