Improving Access To Zoho Client Portal

Hi guys,

We're using the CRM inbuilt portal quite heavily with our new use of Zoho (i.e: https://crm.zoho.eu/portal/XXXX/crm/login.sas etc) but have hit a major issue with userability. Once somebody is logged in successfully, it's fine and works great. 

We run a Wordpress site for a number of other functions and usually use something like Integromat to join up certain functions. Unfortunately the portal doesn't seem to be very flexible in terms of user access. Is any of the below possible?

  1. To somehow customise the email template that goes out when somebody is added as a client to the portal, and to update the password reset email? This would be by far the easiest fix - we can use 'as is' but can atleast ensure whilst using the zoho url, our clients know it's from us.
  2. If not, is there anyway we can sync users between Wordpress and the Portal? I know CataylistConnect exists but unfortunately it doesn't provide single-user sign on (you still have to login within a logged in user site) and it also requires the account function to be used - we don't use that; we use the contact function.

Any ideas would be sincerely appreciated!
