Happy Friday to my Zoho Enterprise Support family! 

We’re excited to introduce a new feature in RouteIQ for Zoho CRM: Live Location Tracking! This feature boosts your team’s efficiency and enhances customer service by providing real-time updates on field operations. Powered by RouteIQ Live Tracker, this new service allows easy integration with Zoho services or third-party vendors. We’ll soon release more tracking solutions for other Zoho products.

Real-time or Live Location Tracking:



With Live Location Tracking, you can monitor your team’s real-time whereabouts.
  • Track field agents, delivery personnel, or service technicians throughout the day.
  • Optimize routes, reduce travel time, and ensure your team is on schedule.
  • Improve operational efficiency, accountability, and communication within your team.

 Historical Travel Route Playback:


RouteIQ also includes Historical Travel Route Playback.
  • Review travel routes taken by your team over a set period.
  • Analyze historical data to identify patterns and assess performance.
  • Use insights to optimize routes and improve productivity.

 RouteIQ LT Agent App - Supplementary app for tracking:



Field agents must install the RouteIQ LT Agent mobile app on their smartphones to track location movements.
  • The app is lightweight and mandatory for field users.
  • Setup is required only once for real-time tracking and historical route playback.
  • The app keeps your team connected and helps manage field operations effectively.

Feature Availability:

This feature is supported in the Professional edition of RouteIQ for Zoho CRM.

Supported DCs - US & IN. We will support other DCs as soon as the Live Tracker service is provisioned there.

We are working on making this a native add-on in RouteIQ. A new higher edition will include this feature by default, so no separate purchase will be needed. This functionality will also be available as separate tracking solutions for other Zoho products, such as Zoho CRM, People, Creator, and more.

Pricing Per User:
This is a paid add-on to RouteIQ for Zoho CRM.
Additional cost applies per user (only for field agents whose location needs tracking).


Notes
For 50 RouteIQ users, Live Tracking can be required for all or just one user.
You can purchase 50 RouteIQ for Zoho CRM licenses and only 1 Live Tracker add-on license. The RouteIQ SuperAdmin can purchase the required Live Tracking licenses.
Currently, you can make this purchase through the Store widget within RouteIQ. The subscription will be listed under the new service "RouteIQ Live Tracker."
