Social Media Simplified with Zoho Social: Make the best out of the publishing calendar



Are you a marketer who likes visualizing your plan of action before you start social media posting? You'll be able to view your content schedule beforehand by keeping track of your scheduled posts that are highlighted in a green color. You can also see an overview of all the posts you've published previously, either in a monthly or weekly view highlighted in a blue color. You can analyze why certain posts were unpublished highlighted in an orange color, and you can collaborate with your team further to make sure that the errors are rectified in the upcoming posts.



With the help of the various filter options available, you can view the publishing calendar according to the network, post author, type of posts, and in what way the scheduled posts were planned. These filters make it easier for you to chart out a plan or for analytics.



Say you're looking through your calendar view for the week and feel like a post that was scheduled to go live on Wednesday could actually be pushed to Friday because it could reach a better audience. Forget the hassle of having to go and re-create the same post all over again. You can just drag and drop the post to the desired date and time, and it's done! You can also create, edit, or even delete a post directly from the Calendar view.

With Social's publishing calendar in place, you've got nothing to worry about. You don't have to miss any more deadlines, keep a lot of tabs open on your browser to track tasks for the week, or go to external planning tool options to create a plan. This way, your plan and all your content stay inside Social, and you can finally cut down on a lot of time you'd normally take to keep track of your social schedule.
