Implementation of the Week

• Custom Buttons in CRM Deal Record for Internal Notifications
  • On pressing a custom button in the Deal view page, a custom Deluge function is triggered.
  • This custom functions gathers information about the Deal, then posts this information to a webhook endpoint in Zoho Flow
  • Zoho Flow can use this information to format and send an email template out to a set email address
  • Example Use Case: Sending an email to the fulfillment team to request a quote for shipping based on information in a specific Deal record
