Implementation of the Week

• Auto-generation of Zoho Workdrive shared folder on new Account creation using Workdrive plug-in for CRM
  • This plug-in installs a widget into Contacts, Accounts, and Deals that allows for easy management of record specific files
  • Normally, you would need to manually create these folders, but this plug-in now supports a workflow action to automatically create them within this related list
  • Once the folder is created, we can trigger further actions from Workdrive into the Account, as the two records are linked by creation via the plug-in
