  • Can be trigger via a workflow, custom button, or blueprint
  • Reads Contact Roles related list in Deals module
  • Adds all Contacts in Contact Roles as participants
  • Triggers email notifications with a calendar invite to each participant automatically via script

Things We Noticed

• Zoho Flow now has a system-defined variable for the current date
  • Minor update, but very nice to have for heavy Flow users
• Zoho Sign Changes Review and Sign Process
  • It is now much easier to review the document prior to signing.
