Una semana más ofrecemos un nuevo consejo para organizar tus proyectos, como parte de nuestra serie de Tips and Tricks para Zoho Projects. Hoy, vamos a desvelar algunos misterios de la vista de Gráfico Gantt para que sepas cómo utilizarla. Recuerda que puedes ver los tips anteriores para Zoho Projects en este enlace.

Tip #04: Cómo utilizar la vista de Gráfico Gantt.

Los gráficos de Gantt son una popular herramienta para la organización de proyectos. Una de las características principales de los gráficos de Gantt es que permiten al usuario ver los proyectos y tareas de forma gráfica sobre una línea temporal - con diferentes colores para marcar el progreso de cada uno, e incluso mostrando las relaciones de dependencia entre ellos.



La vista de Gráfico Gantt se encuentra:
  1. Desde la pantalla de Inicio. Accede al cuadrante de Gráfico Gantt dentro del apartado de Informes Globales y observa los proyectos de esta forma.
  2. Desde cada proyecto. Accede al panel de la izquierda > Gantt e informes y observa las tareas dentro de un proyecto de esta forma.


Desde esta vista puedes acceder a varias opciones interesantes que te permitirán saber más sobre el estado de tus tareas y proyectos.


1. Observa las leyendas. Los colores y formas en los que se muestran los proyectos y las tareas te dan información sobre las mismas. Para acceder a las leyendas desde el Gráfico Gantt, accede a las opciones en la parte superior derecha, representada con (...) y haz click en Leyendas.



2. Observa el porcentaje completado de proyectos y tareas, y céntrate en aquellas que puedas completar antes de empezar nuevas tareas no prioritarias. Este % lo puedes observar en la siguiente columna del título de cada proyecto / tarea.

3. Ajusta la vista de línea temporal para que muestre un periodo de tiempo más largo o más corto. También puedes ajustar la vista para que muestre el periodo desde la tarea que se inicie antes hasta el final de la última tarea. Usa los botones de zoom ( + y - ) y de Ajustar al ancho para hacerlo.

4. Edita las tareas desde la vista de Gantt. Cambia las fechas de inicio y fin, reordénalas, o crea subtareas cómodamente arrastrando las líneas de tiempo. 

5. Crea dependencias entre tareas. Haz click en una tarea para añadir tareas predecesoras y sucesoras, y crea dependencias entre ellas para una visualización más clara en la vista de Gráfico Gantt.



Y en caso de equivocarte, haz uso del botón de Deshacer en la parte superior izquierda.

6. Otras opciones de interés: ve el Gráfico Gantt en Pantalla completa con el botón situado en la parte superior derecha y no te pierdas detalle. También puedes mostrar más información sobre las barras, como la fecha de la tarea, el usuario asignado, o el título de la tarea, accediendo al botón de Mostrar opciones en la parte superior izquierda y marcando qué información quieres ver.
