Upcoming new updates in Bigin - Now up for early access!
Hello everyone,
We are excited to announce our first set of enhancements in Bigin for this year. Since our public launch, our focus has always been to make Bigin more usable and practical to our small business customers. Keeping this in mind, we've been making constant updates to our offering and we are now ready to open up these new updates with you as part of our early access program.
Here's a quick introduction of what you can expect from our early access program.
1. The new pipeline view
The pipeline view in Bigin is getting a major revamp. With this update, we give you the complete control over how they want to view and work with their pipeline stages. The pipeline stages can now be resized, collapsed, or expanded based on user preferences. This is particularly helpful when users feel that not all stages in their pipeline need equal weightage, or when they simply work with only select stages in the pipeline. Adding new stages to the pipeline and rearranging pipeline stages is made even easier, without the need to visit the Settings page to perform these basic actions.To know more about the new pipeline view, watch this quick overview video.
2. Customizing module names & rearranging fields
Users can now rename the primary modules in Bigin to match their business process and give unique names that truly reflect their CRM use. Now, Deals don't always have to be Deals and it can be anything and everything that the user wants them to be. Also, with the recent update, users don't have to fill all the default fields in Bigin whenever they add any new record. Eg: Adding a new contact. Users can rearrange fields, keep only what's necessary for their process, thereby making Bigin more user-friendly. Click on the below video to know more.
3. Enhanced search experience
Bigin's all-new search functionality lets you preview search results instantly and take quick actions such as field updates, sending an email, and adding a new note without having to visit the records individually. Watch the overview video here.
4. Zoho Books/Invoice integration
Users can now integrate either Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice accounts with Bigin and sync information such as contact, company, and product information between both the accounts. The integration allows users to associate their invoices and payment information in Books/Invoice to Deals in Bigin. Needless to say, this eliminates manual entries and the tedious job of copy pasting information across different platforms. You can refer to our help document here.
