After our announcement on adding webinar features, we received plenty of queries related to webinars, following which we have now introduced a separate tab to schedule and manage webinars apart from your meetings.
Introducing webinars
When you log in to your Zoho Meeting portal, you would have noticed the all-new My Webinars tab. You can now schedule webinars, promote the registration link and allow attendees to register for your webinar. Get registered users list (export as CSV option is also available), add polls to your scheduled webinar on the webinar details page. Broadcast live and interactive webinar with webcam sharing and also record the session for later reference. Recordings will be emailed to you automatically once it is ready.
Embed registrations
We have also introduced an option to embed the registration form widget on your website directly. Just copy-pasting a code snippet on any landing page will do that. This will help you to an extent in reducing the bounce rate for separate registration page, which would, in turn, boost the registration count for your webinar.
Attendee engaging polls
Along with the webinar features, we are adding to Zoho Meeting, now we have introduced polling feature. You can add polls from the webinar details page, which will be listed in the presenter toolbar for you to run at any time during the webinar. Polls are available in multiple choices poll (single answer selection and multiple answers selection) and star rating polls. Making your webinar interactive will boost the participant's attentiveness. Ask your questions live and get the voting results instantly on your screen.
Introducing Google Chrome extension
When we moved to WebRTC technology, we were in a place to add an extension for screen sharing in Google Chrome. Now we have added user actions to that extension which will allow you to start instant meeting even without logging into the service. Add the chrome extension now and keep your meetings handy.
Other enhancements and bug fixes
Media servers
- We have made a major change in communications protocol to reduce the bandwidth usage. Now you will be experiencing the betterment of connection speed and stability.
- The issues related to automatic reconnection has been fixed and handled in a better way now.
Audio conferencing
- We are now supporting dial-in numbers for up to 40 countries. The presenter and participants can choose their country from the toolbar to get the dial-in numbers and conference details.
- We have also added toll-free numbers for few more countries and we now provide the toll-free add-on for up to 25 countries.
- The issue with the Australia dial-in number is fixed.
- The latency in the audio call is fixed and handled better now.
Timezone and calendar events
- You can now search and choose the timezone while scheduling a meeting or webinar.
- Your scheduled meetings and webinars are now listed with respective timezone for that session.
- We have also added the search option for choosing your default timezone in settings.
- Now the meeting or webinar events will be added automatically to the presenter's schedule from the invitation email.
- The issue in rendering the calendar event from invitation email is fixed.
- The issues with scheduling meeting in PST, PDT or CT timezones are fixed.
- The issue in downloading the calendar events from an incognito window is fixed.
- The issue of the meeting event not getting added to the Gmail and Outlook schedule automatically is fixed.
- The issue with displaying the wrong meeting time due to daylight saving time is resolved and better handled now.
Desktop app
- We have made enhancements to desktop app launcher and you will be experiencing quicker download speed while launching the meeting from unsupported browsers.
- Upgraded the latest code signing certificate for the desktop app launcher in Mac.
- The launcher is better handled now for the webinar registered attendee to join the session from unsupported browsers.
- The user experience in accessing the Zoho Meeting portal from your desktop app is better handled now.
- The issue in downloading the app to Windows OS is fixed.
- The issues with launching the app from IE 11 and Microsoft edge browsers have been resolved.
Presenter and participant app
- Now the conference details that you provide in the My own conference service option while scheduling a meeting will get reflected in the app for your participants to join the audio conference.
- We have now added notifications for new attendee and new chat messages.
- Screen sharing events and related messages are better handled now.
- The resolution protocol is better handled now for seamless screen sharing across devices.
- The issue of not showing the dial-in numbers to participants has been fixed.
- The issue of showing the video feed for the video setting disabled meeting has been fixed.
- Automatic reconnection to the server during network interruption is better handled now.
- Resuming session recording, along with audio and video settings after reconnection is better handled now.
Recording
- We have now automated the recording ready email and you will receive the email with your session recording link and download link for you to view and share with your participants.
- We have tweaked the security encodings for the session recording.
- The issue of video getting frozen in the recorded video after changing presenter during the meeting is fixed and better handled now.
- The issue of audio not recorded when the presenter joins the conference from the phone is resolved.
Web client
- Moved to latest security milestone.
- The organization admin can find the video setting in the Manage Organization tab to enable or disable the video for the entire org setup.
- Now the meeting join page, meet.zoho.com is mobile optimized.
- The tab indexing is changed to maintain the flow of tab order in schedule and edit meeting pages.
- The issue of showing the wrong price while choosing INR in payments page for a yearly subscription is fixed.
- The issue of adding other languages in meeting topic displayed with "??" has been fixed.
- Now your organization logo will be displayed on the registration page.
- The issue of the date not getting updated while rescheduling meetings scheduled for midnight has been resolved.
- The issue of showing the not supported message while joining a meeting from iPhone just by opening the invitation link in the browser is fixed.
Usability and UI alignment issue fixes
- The misalignment in edit meeting page due to timezone and time issues are rectified now.
- Now the back button will take to My meetings and My webinars respectively.
- The usability issues in adding participants' emails, adding agenda with multi-line and spaces while scheduling or editing the meeting are fixed.
- The issue with the back icon not loading in few browsers has been fixed.
- Removed the options to list the past meetings for Last 7 days and Last 30 days
Other apps
- The issue with joining a meeting from IOS app is fixed.
- The issue of showing "Read browsing history" while updating the screen sharing extension is fixed now.

Referencing a cell from another sheet
My workbook has multiple sheets. Each sheet has some calcluated totals in certain cells. The front master sheet has a list of everything that is detailed on the other sheets, with the totals. These could change at any time, so the totals need to be references to the other cell's value, not a fixed number.
