Weekly Tips: Schedule Your Emails with Zoho Mail

Weekly Tips: Schedule Your Emails with Zoho Mail

As a business, it is recommended to consider the best time to send an email, taking into account the recipient's time-zone or their work hours to have your email on top of their inbox. Sending an email when your recipient is most likely to check their inbox can ensure they acknowledge and respond to your message.

This is especially important if you have users spread across different regions or countries. So, how do you make sure to send the email at the right time, considering the time difference?

Scheduling emails

Zoho Mail's Send Later option allows you to set up schedules for your email and send it at a chosen time later. You can schedule an email to send it one time to your recipients or set up recurring emails to be sent at regular intervals. These emails will be in your Outbox folder and will be sent at a fixed time.

How to Schedule Emails:

  1. Log into your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Click New Mail to open the editor. Draft your email as usual.
  3. Add attachments, if any.
  4. Click on the Send Later option.
  5. Select the Schedule tab to set up a schedule for the email.
  6. Choose the Scheduling Interval, particular date, time, and timezone to set if you choose the Custom date and time option.
  7. Click Save
  8. Once you click Send, the email will be moved to the Outbox and will be present there until the time you have scheduled.
Just schedule your email and let Zoho Mail take care of the rest!
