I hope you and your loved ones are well. We have been working towards bringing you new features to improve your experience with Zoho Inventory. Let's take a look at some of the new features that we've rolled out in the months of July, August, and September.
Integrations
We've integrated Zoho Inventory with Zoho Cliq, Zoho Mail, and Microsoft Outlook to bring all your communications under a single roof. Here's how each of these integrations will help you.
Enhanced Zoho Cliq Integration
We've added the option to have the Zoho Cliq chat bar displayed at the bottom of the screen when you are using Zoho Inventory. After enabling this option, you can have conversations with your coworkers without having to switch tabs.

To enable the Zoho Cliq chat bar in Zoho Inventory, go to Settings, then Integrations, and select Zoho Apps. Here, click Connect next to Zoho Cliq. Inside the Zoho Cliq integration page, toggle the Zoho Cliq Chat Bar within Zoho Inventory option to enable the chat bar.
Zoho Mail Integration
With this and the Zoho Cliq integration, we aim to improve how you communicate with your customers and coworkers from within Zoho Inventory. When you integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Mail, you can view all the email communications between you and your contacts under the Mails section of each contact's details page.
To enable this integration, go to Settings, then Integrations, and select Zoho Apps. Here, click Connect next to Zoho Mail. In the popup that appears, click Enable Integration.
Outlook Integration
Zoho Inventory can now be integrated with Microsoft Outlook to sync your emails under a single roof. Once you integrate with Microsoft Outlook, you can view all the email communications between you and your contacts under the Mails section of each contact's details page.
To enable this integration, go to Settings, then Integrations, and select Other Apps. Here, click the Enable Integration dropdown next to Office365/Outlook, and select Outlook account.
ABC Classification Report
We've introduced a new report, ABC Classification, to help you identify which items have a huge impact on your company's revenue and which ones don't affect your company’s revenue as much. This breakdown will help you focus your resources on items that improve your earnings.
To access this report, go to Reports and select ABC Classification.
Treat Products From Other Sales Channels as FBA
Zoho Inventory now lets you treat products from other sales channels as FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or MFN (Merchant Fulfillment Network). When you sync products from other sales channels, if those items are mapped to an FBA item in Zoho Inventory, you can choose whether you want to let Amazon handle the shipping for those items, or ship them yourself.
To change your FBA preferences, go to Settings > Integrations > eCommerce and click Show Details under the Amazon Store. Here, click FBA Item Sync Preferences
to modify the preferences.
Edit Billing and Shipping Address for Orders From Amazon Marketplace
You can now edit the billing and shipping address for orders synced from Amazon Marketplace.

To edit an address, go to a sales order’s details page, and click Show Address. After that, click the Edit icon to make changes.
Add FSSAI License Number in Your Transactions (India Edition)
Starting from 1 October 2021, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has made it mandatory for food businesses to declare the 14-digit FSSAI License/Registration number in your transactions.
Zoho Inventory is Now iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 Ready
The Zoho Inventory app, along with the other apps in the Zoho Finance suite, is now ready with the new features that take advantage of Apple's iOS 15 and iPadOS 15. Read our blog to know how you can make the most of these features for your business.

You can enhance Zoho with custom views - but you cannot hide the pre-defined views. Most users focus on 4 or 5 views.
